Portrait of Rayan Bouajram

Beyond the work

A systems thinker who still likes getting people around a table.

Outside of platform work, I’m drawn to communities full of entrepreneurial movers and shapers. I host events, mentor people in tech, experiment with the latest AI tools, and usually have another trail or cultural experience in mind. Lately, some of the best moments involve cooking and bringing family together around the table.

How I work with AI

AI is both my process and what I ship.

I have extensive experience leveraging AI tools to work across the entire stack—from accelerating research and analysis, to exploring AI-native interactions, building prototypes, creating workshop tooling, and shipping production-ready work.

My AI stack
A collection of AI, design, and development tools used across Rayan’s workflow
01

Research & analysis

Synthesize customer signals, product data, technical constraints, and market patterns faster.

02

Interaction prototypes

Explore AI-native behaviors early and give teams something tangible to react to.

03

Prototype → product

Move from concepts to production-ready experiences—and, when useful, ship working code.

Career story

Got into designing software since the days AOL promised a lifetime of hours.

Started an agency, found community through open-source tech, joined Tealium as its first designer, helped grow Southern California’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, and eventually landed at ServiceNow—where product design expanded into platform strategy and AI-native systems.
