Success Metrics

Host a week-long event full of educational events that attract entrepreneurs, designers, developers, and dreamers. Create central HQ and hot spots for demos, engagement, and collaboration. Allow participants to walk away with 10x value on a $50 ticket. Establish partnerships with city of San Diego, educational institutions, cross-border (US / Mexico), and leaders from local organizations.

What is Startup Leadership Program?

The Startup Leadership Program is a highly selective, world-class training program for outstanding founders, leaders, and innovators who want to become top startup CEOs. SLP Fellows have founded nearly 1600 successful startups & raised more than $500M in funding.

25 selected fellows are accepted to participate in workshops, mentorship, in a 6-month intense program.

My Volunteer Involvement

I became Program Lead, hosted workshops on pitching, and our annual Demo Night.

Building Tribe: The Art of Creating Results through Relationships is a 3-Hour Experiential Workshop that I created to support individuals in creativity, collaboration, and connection. The workshop was facilitated by 32 participants, earning a 5/5 overall score from 94% of participants in the following areas:

  • The usefulness of the content.

  • Hands-on activities.

  • Presenter’s knowledge of the subject.

  • Presenter’s style of teaching.

  • Would recommend the workshop to a family or friend.
