Tealium.

Tealium is a martech solution geared towards improving the customer experience by real-time data collecting, activating, storing, and integrating solutions. Simply put, their Customer Data Hub allows any kind of data passed by various channels to be enriched and plugged anywhere. One of Tealium’s pain points have revolved around the strong dependency of documentation for both developers and analysts, along with a scattered collection of tools that needed to communicate with eachother across the product line. By simplifying the workflow, and layering a narrative through design and navigation, and improving tool discovery, we were able to not only retain customers but open opportunities for new innovative products. As a Lead Product Designer, I’ve helped launch 4 successful projects from the ground up: IQ Tag Managment, AudienceStream, EventStream, and DataAccess.
